Great service, value for money made switching to Waikato Real Estate worthwhile
I changed my rental property's management to Waikato Real Estate two years' ago, when my previous property management company raised their charges significantly.
Since then, my rental property has been managed by one of their property managers, Sharon Smith. I have been very satisfied with the service that she has offered me. She is always easy to contact and is friendly and helpful.
My property has been maintained to a high physical standard, I have very excellent tenants, and a very good financial return. Their management charges are extremely reasonable, and a lot less than a number of other companies in Hamilton.
I would not hesitate to recommend Sharon, and Waikato Real Estate, to anyone who is looking for the best quality management of their rental property.
