About Sharon
Sharon has been with Waikato Real Estate since early 2018 and is recognised for her excellent communication skills.
Hamilton born and bred, Sharon lives on the outskirts of Hamilton with her husband of 25 years, son at Waikato University and daughter at Hillcrest High School. They have a dog, 2 cats and 16 cows, with chickens soon to come.
A landlord of two rental properties with a third under construction (to be completed in 2020), Sharon feels a connection with other landlords and a sense of achievement in helping others achieve their financial aspirations by growing their property portfolios. She is very conscious and appreciative of the trust placed in her by owners.
In her spare time, Sharon can be found chauffeuring teenagers, socialising with her friends, the occasional overseas break and relaxing with a good book.
