About Kate
Kate joined the Waikato Real Estate team in 2018. Her passion and experience in property investing is a valuable asset for her loyal clients. As a property investor herself Kate walks in her clients shoes and treats their investments as if they are her own.
Kate has a degree in Human Resources (HR) Management from the University of Waikato. Coming from an HR background she prides herself on her ability to build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, believing prompt and reliable communication is the key.
Prior to joining Waikato Real Estate Kate worked for over 10 years as a business owner/operator in her own right. As a result, she has strong management and customer relationship skills.

Supportive from start to finish
We had a great whole experience from the viewing day up until our movement day. Everything was as advertised and we were happy to move into such a peaceful space.
Kate was there for us every step of the way, and even arranged for us to get the keys without going to the office as we were not around town.
Professional and prompt
Kate was our property manager for 9 great. She was prompt with maintenance, and always get the job done.
