Zoey Chen

Zoey is a qualified, REINZ-accredited Property Manager with experience managing residential rental properties in Hamilton. She holds a New Zealand Certificate in Property Management and is known for her clear communication and proactive, considered approach to property management.

Having lived in Hamilton for more than 15 years, Zoey is proud to call the Waikato home. Her strong knowledge of Hamilton and its local rental market helps her provide practical, informed advice to property owners about their rental properties and investments.

With a background in education and the arts, Zoey is a natural communicator who places a strong emphasis on building trusted, long-term relationships. She understands that owners want a Property Manager who is proactive, communicates clearly and takes genuine responsibility for the care and performance of their property.

Outside of work, Zoey enjoys spending time with her family and expressing her creativity through art and literature.
