Ksenia Kruchkina

Ksenia’s passion is to help people find the right property for their unique investment or life goals. Having been a Property Manager and working with investors for over 4.5 years, Ksenia has helped many of her investors successfully grow their property portfolios.

Originally from Russia, Ksenia came to New Zealand in 2012 to seek further education and work opportunities. Amongst many other achievements in this time Ksenia has obtained her real estate sales person certificate, achieved her LLB at the University of Waikato all while working full time as a leading Property Manager for Waikato Real Estate. Ksenia is a lifelong learner and is always seeking ways to expand her knowledge and applies herself to every opportunity that comes her way.

Ksenia’s clients frequently comment on Ksenia’s superior communication skills and her drive to make results happen. Ksenia says that her ultimate goal is to have a satisfied customer and she goes above and beyond to make this happen.

Ksenia is a super user of technology and is always looking for new ways to utilise it so that her clients get the maximum benefit from digital options.
