The grounds are fully secure with an automated pedestrian/car entry gate. Entry to each building is also electronically controlled. There are communal kitchen facilities containing full-sized ovens, sink, bench, and storage areas. Fire alarms are installed throughout the building.

Secure carparking - $20 per week, subject to availability. ($290 total weekly rent)
